What is Coaching?
Coaching is a partnership between us and you. We provide a safe, confidential space to help you engage in a thought-provoking and creative process. It will inspire you to maximize your own personal and professional potential. We follow the International Coaching Federation’s core competencies. Coaching is not therapy or consulting we will not provide you with answers or possible solutions. The answers will come as we work through the coaching process.
Who Needs Coaching?
Everyone. We believe that no matter what demographic, job position, title, age, gender, income, etc. You can use coaching. We specialize in working with nonprofits and their leaders, but are willing and able to work with anyone. Our only requirement is for you to keep an open mind and to be willing to pursue the answers you discover during the coaching process.
